This works really well for greasing cake, bread, and muffin tins. If you leave out the lecithin you'll have to smear on a slightly thicker layer, but there still will be no need to flour the tin after greasing it.
Yield:about 1 cup of grease
Ingredients: | |

1/3C | flour |
1/3C | oil |
2/3C | vegetable shortening |
1t | soy lecithin |
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly--I find it easiest to do this with a wire whisk. Transfer the grease to a small tin or jar. It keeps for ages at room temp.
